PFA Lined Magnetic Drive Pump | MD Series

PFA Lined Magnetic Drive Pump,MD series can withstand 30 minutes dry-running. Because it has unique rolling bearing design for options. Our PFA Lined Magnetic Drive Pump is designed according to ISO2858 to handle all chemicals and corrosive liquids at high temperature. However PFA Lined Magnetic Drive Pump cannt work for liquid with many solids. This pump is suitable for clean liquid only.

MD type Magnetic Pump has heavy-duty type like the mechanical seal type centrifugal pump also. Therefore this kind of magnetic drive pump has a wide range of working point and this pump can be operated continuously. The main structural materials of the pump are reinforced with cast iron. The purpose is to improve mechanical strength.

Strong corrosion and heat resistance:

Our MD series PFA lined magnetic drive pump is made mainly in PFA(Teflon), PTFE based resin, SIC, SSiC and so on. Especially, the SSIC can resist the hydrofluoric acid.
For MD series magnetic drive pump,the wetted parts can be PTFE, FEP and PFA. Especially, the PFA allows high temperature liquids (up to 120˚C).
The working temp for teflon material of pump is listed as below,
Firstly, FEP working temp: -20 deg.c-100 deg.c
Secondly, PFA working temp: -20deg.c-120deg.c
Thirdly, PTFE working temp: -20deg.c-120deg.c
